Show off your smile with ClearCorrect aligners
Like Invisalign, ClearCorrect offers an orthodontic treatment without visible fixed braces, instead using a clear, removable brace that fits over the teeth.
How does ClearCorrect work?
Your dentist will scan and x-ray your teeth so that a graduated series of ClearCorrect aligners can be made to straighten your teeth. They will be changed every few weeks, and each aligner moves your teeth a very small amount. It is a gradual process and can take a few months or a few years.
You must wear ClearCorrect braces for at least 22 hours a day to get the best results from your treatment. They should only be taken out to eat and brush your teeth, and then should be immediately replaced.
What are the advantages of ClearCorrect?
While metal braces are a highly effective orthodontic treatment, ClearCorrect does pose some advantages over this traditional option. These advantages include:
- Treatment will be more discreet
- ClearCorrect is more comfortable to wear than traditional, fixed braces
- The removable aligners make it easier to brush and floss your teeth
- There’s no need to avoid particular foods, as the aligners are removed when eating
FAQs About ClearCorrect
The majority of ClearCorrect cases would take about 9-12 months, but can take anywhere from 5 months to 3 years. Each individual’s needs are different and the complexity of the case will determine how long each case is likely to take.
You might feel mild discomfort. Your teeth are being pushed into different positions and this does require some pressure.
In cases where there are only simple corrections, ClearCorrect Flex can be used and can be around $3,500. For many cases, we use ClearCorrect One, which is equivalent to 24 sets of aligners and costs $5,000 to $6,500. But like any orthodontic solution, every case is different, thus you need to see us for a full assessment before we can give you an accurate cost.
