Dental fees, financing and insurance options

We are proud to offer a broad range of payment options. Our aim is to make dentistry as affordable for you as possible through the support of several allied providers.

We welcome payment in the form of cash, credit card or EFTPOS.


For your convenience, Station Square Dental uses the HICAPS system so we can process your private health insurance rebate at the point of sale, reducing your out-of-pocket expense.

Child Dental Benefit Scheme

We participate in the Child Dental Benefit Schedule via Medicare, where eligible families receive up to $1000 worth of treatments for two consecutive calendar years. Under this scheme the treatments are bulk billed for children aged 2-17. If you are unsure, give us a call and we can find out if your child is eligible for the CDBS and we can book an appointment with our dentist.

Veteran Affairs Dental Scheme

You can access a range of services under the VADS scheme. We will process this at reception when you are settling your account.

Cancellation Fees

If you don’t attend an appointment, or make a late cancellation, we may charge you a fee starting from $50. We may request a deposits when booking long appointments. Patients need to inform us two business days (48 hours minimum) prior if they wish to reschedule or cancel their appointment.
