Your first visit to Station Square Dental

Whether you are an adult or child visiting the dentist for the first time, or the first time in a while, you might be feeling a little nervous. We’ll do what we can to help you feel relaxed. Only good things can happen when you take the step towards looking after your teeth and gums.

We’ll schedule your first appointment so that our dentist can spend enough time to understand all your concerns and to determine what the best treatment options are for you.

We’ll ask you to complete a Patient History form at your first appointment. Or you can download it and bring it in with you Station Square Dental Patient History Form.

Please come 5-10 mins before your appointment time so you can do this. Alternatively, download the Patient History Form and bring it in with you. This form helps your dentist understand if there are medical conditions they need to be aware of before discussing possible treatment. If you have previous dental records such as x-rays, please bring them with you. If you are seeking a second opinion, please bring as much relevant information as you can.

And if you are feeling a little anxious, let our friendly staff know, so we can help you to feel better. Dr Ron is a Dental Phobia certified dentist and is trained in techniques to put you at ease

Stage 4 Lockdown Dental Restrictions

In line with a recommendation from the Australian Dental Association, our practice is now operating under the Stage 4 lockdown restrictions in Melbourne. All dental services will continue to operate, and people will be allowed to visit the dentist for emergency dental care, including if their dentist is more than 5km away. Please call us to discuss your concerns. Online video consultations are also available. As a QIP Certified practice, we follow the highest hygiene protocols in the industry. All our staff are trained according to infection control guidelines provided by the Australian Government, Australian Dental Association and World Health Organisation.
